Community Supported Agriculture
A CSA or Community Supported Agriculture is when members of a community pay an upfront fee to a farmer as a way of partnering on their farm to raise your food. Many folks do not have the ability to raise their own meat for a variety of different reasons.
- Upfront costs
- Lack of property/space
- Physical or mental limitations
- Fear, not your ‘thing’ or other reasons, etc.
If this sounds like you, then a CSA is exactly what you need. We do not ask for any help or contribution. You figure out how many chicken you’ll want for the year and place an order. NOTE: You are purchasing live birds. We’ll raise them for you and you are welcome to come visit them, if you want. You are responsible for processing your birds, whether you make arrangements with us or take them to your preferred processor.
